It breaks our hearts to tell you all that Jacob passed away on Friday, the day after Nicky’s birthday. It happened sooner than we expected, but Jacob passed so peacefully surrounded by his family. He is still with us at home and will remain here until his funeral. He looks more beautiful than ever and so at peace.
Jacob meant everything to us and we fought his illness together for two years. Words cannot express our grief..........
